screw cap. below average for the wines we had. good flavor, but little harsh.
ラベルがチョコレート屋さんのパッケージのようで素敵だったので買ってみた。多分レイティングも何かで９０点以上だったと思うけれども、もうワインドットコムでは在庫がなく、データが見られない。
色は少し紫がかったルビー色。一口めなんとなく甘いのからどすん苦くなる。タンニン多めは割合平気だと思っていたけれど、今日はなんだかすごく苦く感じて苦瓜を食べているようだった。しばらくしたら酸味がたってきて、苦みが薄れたような気がする。単に舌が慣れただけかもしれないけれど。という訳で好きな味ではありませんでした。

This hand-crafted wine is made from selected parcels of low cropping fruit. Medium-bodied in style, it is soft, rich and elegant. Minimal oak influence allows full display of the spicy, peppery aromas that abound in wines from the Hilltops region. It will accompany a broad range of food styles, from pork, lamb and bddf through to cheeses. Attractive now, it will improve with cellar age. The wine is sealed with screwcaps to ensure freshness and consistency.
